Responsible for this weeks exclusive Friday Mix-Up show is the DJ/producer/promoter Pola-Riot. This Duo hailing from Vienna, Austria is well known for hosting the most unique clubnight in Austria and their explosive DJ sets, blending electro and distortion disco, dubstep and fidget house. On the production side Pola-Riot is also creating major waves. Their bootleg of Stardust’s French house evergreen “Music Sounds Better With You” reached the No. 1 position on the Hypem charts. And Pola-Riot’s track “Superpimpin” got consecutive airplay on Kissy Sell Out’s Radio 1 show, which earned them a signing on Tommie Sunshine’s new imprints Brooklyn Fire. So I’m really stoked that the Pola-Riot fellas are among the contributors in the Friday Mix-Up Serie!
